Turtle Island Music Inc. is recognized as a leader in the North American music industry, with numerous awards from the major Canadian and American music associations. Turtle Island Music Inc. represents about 30 recording artists with plans to introduce two new artists and produce 10 new albums in 2003.

Since it was established in 1996, Turtle Island Music has enjoyed great success in attracting and producing the top Aboriginal talent in North America. The company has successfully weathered many changes and challenges over the tumultuous early years of operations, including the establishment of in-house manufacturing, constant upgrading of equipment and continued scouting for talent.
